Our ladies-only Self-Defence and fitness class provides a relaxed and friendly environment for beginners to improve fitness and learn valuable Self-Defence skills from our professional instructors, all while having a lot of fun.
Join us for our regular Women's only Self-Defence class at 7:15PM on Wednesdays.
You can come alone or bring your female family members or workmates. Just wear some comfortable clothing, bring a towel and a drink bottle and we'll provide the rest!
